A perpetual learner, Jackie recently completed a Mastery program through the Milan Art Institute which she thoroughly enjoyed. Jackie has painted with both watercolors and acrylics for over 30 years. In the past year, she has been focusing on mixed-media and oil painting.
Jackie participates in a variety of art festivals and juried art shows, loves to experiment with different techniques and is always ready to learn and try something new!
Jackie's Teaching Philosophy: I know I learn best by doing, so my teaching is very much "hands on" and demo work so you can learn and experience the methods I'll share. I have taught kindergarten through adult students throughout my career as a teacher. Since retiring, I spend my time teaching, learning new things and improving my own skills.
