Diane Chaplin

Your instructor: Diane has broad interests in art and has been teaching both children and adults over the past 15 years. Diane enjoys multi-media painting to create unique pieces you will treasure or gift. Diane also takes the handwritten word to a new level with calligraphy. Whether you want to write a note, feature a favorite quote or send some special invitations, there is a beautiful way to write it and Diane will show you how. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Kent State University and a Masters degree in Administration from Ashland University.

Diane’s teaching philosophy: I believe that art is to be shared with everyone to tap into our creative capacity. My goal is to have fun and learn along the journey!
